I reached out a few months ago regarding importing. We currently use Sortly for inventory tracking and Im not the biggest fan. I would like to incorporate IT tracking with our workflows in Jira. However the issue I can into is that we have pre-existing barcode tags on our equipment that would prevent us from successfully importing our data. Barcode generation is a required field for the import so items that have it might work, but items that don't need a fake barcode generated. I was hoping there might be a way to navigate around this? Or some other workaround to get my csv from sortly into this app.
