Importing Alemba data to Jira

Hi,

I am planning the import for Alemba to Jira and I am not sure what happens when a user responds to a ticket via email? the email header will be difference so will Jira create a new ticket or update the existing?

Hi @Julian Haines , if the reply is to the Jira email address and the issue key and summary are the subject then the issue will be updated.
