Images in Refined tab

Hello! A question...

I added a Refined Tab macro to a Refined Tab Container on a page (so that I could place content in different tabs within the page). Within the Refined Tab, I added a table (rows & columns). In one of the Refined Tabs, I wanted to add an image above the table (via Copy/ Paste). I can see the image during Edit mode, but when I publish the update and view the page, the image shows up as a file name, and clicking it doesn't display the image I'd copied/ pasted. However, when I go into Edit mode, it is visible.

I went to 'Attachments' and see it there and I can view the image successfully. I tried placing the image in a table cell to see if that would work, but it didn't. I tried different file formats (.jpg & .png) but that was unsuccessful as well.

Is there some secret to getting the image to appear when viewing the page?
