Ik wil graag een email ontvangen als er een opmerking wordt geplaatst

I am looking for an Automation that sends me an email when a comment is placed on a ticket.

Only when I post a comment myself then I don't want to be notified.

Does anyone know a solution for that?

Hi @Anne Arp ,

try this...

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Oh and note, you will want to use does not equal rather than equals. I had to use equals for testing.
