Hi, yes there is, with OmniChat for Jira Service Management. It provides cross-channel support for customers, on a single interface for agents. It enables two-way communication via WhatsApp and SMS.

Native JSM does not support this. However Opsgenie does so if you have Premium you can leverage OG. Then there are addon app options.
