I would like to set the option for the form in the issue view to expand by default.

The goal is to reduce the number of clicks.

What option are you looking to expand by default? A screenshot could be beneficial here.

If you look at the screenshot, you need to click the red box to expand the form.
I wish this was deployed by default.
