I would like to know about the function of assets in JSM.
Hello.
I have checked some of the documentation on atlassian's site, but I am not sure and would like to know.
If you know of any examples or methods, please let us know.
<Prerequisites>
-We are considering whether it is possible to automatically update the attribute: type value of an asset's object.
-We have mobile phone and PC object types in the schema tree of hardware assets.
-We have a form where we receive requests from users to pay out for these individual objects.
<Concerns>
-We would like to be able to select only those objects whose operational status is "inactive" when dispatching an object upon receiving a request.
-We would also like to automatically change the status from active to inactive after dispatching an object.
How can we achieve this?
