Basically in my workflow I have 4 statuses for a closed ticket, specific to the reason it was closed. For example: "Closed: Duplicate"
I want every "Closed..." status to cause the ticket to be flagged as resolved.
Welcome to the community. You can do this by customize your WF via transition's post function to set the RESOLUTION field value. (i.e. transition to CLOSED: DUPLICATE" status). In JSM, once the RESOLUTION field is set, then the system will treat it as resolved.
