I want to visible a field called Assigned to Group in the JSM portal

Hi,

I want to visible a field called Assigned to Group in the JSM portal.

I did not put any default value also for Assigned to Group field but still when i click on Create then it is auto filled with Service Desk

Hi @Sreenadh ,

Group picker fields will not be available for customers in the portal to select any values. This is restriction from jira side. The portal will display the value to the field when project team updates in the jira view

There is already a suggestion ticket to enable group pickers in request form. Please vote and watch this ticket for updates https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-86
