I want to use the forms submitted by customers in a variety of ways.

Can the form contents be filtered using charts or JQL?

Hi @박성민(학해) ,

Unfortunately currently you can't use the JQL directly to filter the contents of the form. You can link the form fields to the custom fields and then use JQL to filter. You can refer to this discussion here for more details.

Regards,
Mayuresh

I solved it by connecting a Jira field to a form field.
Thank you for answer.
