I want to tag a user in email and comments of Service desk automation

Hi,

I am trying to tag my team members from their account ID's in the emails and comments sent or added by automation. But the action logs are returning the same string instead of user name.

I am doing like

Hi [~accountId: 5b22555734a6cd2d50fe2c78]

Please check the ticket.

but the Audit log returns the same string instead of the User name. Can anyone please help me.

You've done everything correct. Audit log will return the string. You should use smart values instead to return the actual value.

However, you rule will run perfectly
