Hi,

If i select Issue Type as--Incident then Incident Management should only display or visible in the Request Type

If i Select Issue Type as --Service Request then Request Type should only be Access Management.

Instead of i am able to see all the Request Types which are available in the list.

If is there any way to hide the remaining request types which are in the list.

Thanks,1.PNG2.PNG3.PNG

Hey @Sreenadh

By now, after answering too many of your questions, you feel like family to me :)

I would swear that you've asked a similar question. The answer is that you can't hide them. Not on cloud. However you can distinguish them:

When you select an issue type then the request type which use the same issue type will appear on top, while all the other with a separator below them.

If you select an issue type where no request type is available, then you'll get an indication that there is no matching request type.

However as I said, you can't hide them currently.
