I want to put Default Issue Type Empty at the time Create a request

Hi,

I have already put the Default issue Type is None

But still if i go and Create the Request it is filling with Incident management/ Service Request as mentioned in the below screenshots.

But if i click on Create then i can see it is automatically filled with Incident Management but it should be empty.

Hey @Sreenadh  - Yes, it is a required field so it will always default to something and that cannot be changed. If you have not dedicated a default, it will always use the first issue type in the Scheme attached to the project. Or sometimes it will use the one most recently used.
