I want to hide/remove auto inserted fields from the Portal

I have 3 Portal Groups in the JSM Project. And I see these fields appear on the customer portal

"Contact us about" and "What can we help you with?".

I am trying to hide these fields from all request types.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.

The possibilities of editing the layout of the portal are very limited. You can not remove these fields.

Your only option to edit the portal layout is to look for an additional addon in the marketplace (ex. Refined for Jira Service Management Cloud)
