I want to enable chat for Virtual Agent but we do not use Slack or Microsoft teams. What are other options do we have to enable the chat.

Hi @santhakumari welcome to the Atlassian community.

Here are the alternatives of your current options for enabling chat, excluding Slack and Microsoft Teams:

  • Customer Portal: The Virtual Agent is automatically available within your Jira Service Management customer portal once activated
  • Embeddable Widget: You can embed the Jira Service Management widget (which contains the Virtual Agent) directly onto any external website (e.g., your company's main website, an internal application)
  • Help Center: The Virtual Agent can also be enabled within your main Help Center page.
