I want to display some information in customer portal

Hi folks,

I want to display some information to educate the users when to raise an incident or service request. Because sometimes users raise Incident for access related issues in the JSM portal.

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

You can achieve this in a couple of ways:

1. If you want to display the information in a specific JSM portal, you can configure the portal introduction text:
   Space settings -> Channels & Self service -> Portal -> Introduction text
   
   
2. If you want to display the information across the entire Help Center, you can create an announcement
   Help center -> Customize -> Manage announcement -> Add title & Message -> Save changes
