I want to create Automation Rule to Auto Approve the service request for this Workflow. It actually worked on my personal Jira account using attached Automation rule. But whenever I am trying to create same Jira rule in company account. I am not seeing option. "Approve/Decline request" under Action section. 

Can you or anyone help me how can I fix this issue
