I want to change all interface language to Azerbaijani language. Because there is no option

Because there is no option in language list. so i need help. can Jira Service Management Team  add my lanugage and support about this? I want to change language of whole interface. or how can i change it manually?

I do not see Azerbaijani supported in Jira cloud yet. There is a commercial add on but it applies for only data center and not cloud. -> https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1225002/azerbaijani-language-pack-for-jira?tab=overview

Unfortunately, you could only raise a feature request and wait for Atlassian to pick it up for implementation.  Find more in https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-your-language-preferences/#Additional-language-support-and-development-efforts

Once you select the language you want, you'll have to handle the translation and then based on each user account language - it will present them with their language.
