Hi,
I want to Create a user and need to provide the Username and Password.
Hence if the same user will login with the same credentials user needs to redirect to the Portal page.
If possible please help me out how to do the same.
Thanks,
You need to define what you mean by USER.
Generally, in cloud you don't create users. You invite them, since the users need to go and create an Atlassian account and login with that to your instance. All accounts in Jira cloud are managed by Atlassian.
In a JSM project you have the ability to invite customers to login to the portal. These customers do not necessarily have to have an Atlassian account. They create one on your portal.
Here my question is if i want to invite any user then once the same user is login with the credentials then the same user will able to see the portal page not the complete Jira instance.
like mentioned in the below screenshot.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
The user will be able to see the portal if you either invite him via the "Customers" section, or if you grant him the service desk customer from the project settings.

But here my question how the customer (user) will login to the Jira.
he/she does have the Username and Password ?
Thanks,

@Sreenadh When you will invite that customer he/she will create an account. He/she will receive an email. You could also make that test to see what email is being sent out when you invite users and/or you can see it from the project config:

@Sreenadh I answered your question on my first comment:

I described as well what is the procedure since you/we don't have the functionality of creating users. You invite users, you don't create them. You can't set a username and a password. Not on cloud. All those things can be done on JSM server but not on cloud.
