I use Jira Service Management at the company, and we’re working on a service catalog using the Jira.Currently, we have the following items in English based on our analysis, and we would like to change the terms.
Apparently I can't change the schema tree using this template. I would like to find a solution for this.
Hi @Thiago R L Santos and welcome to the Community!
It depends what you want to change. If it is the names of the schemas you want to change, start from the home page of Assets, where you find the list of all schemas in one overview.
Click on the ... button behind the schema name you want to change and select Settings. You can update the schema name on the General tab there.
Changing the name of object types (the highest level in the tree once you are inside a scheme) works more or less in the same way. Even easier - once you have selected an object type - is just selecting the title and edit it inline.
To change the name of an Object, just select it and in detail view click on the title and update it in place.
Hope this helps!
