I need to integrate Slack and JSM, but I need to include attachments. I’ve noticed that this isn’t possible with the native integration. Do you have any alternatives or ideas on how we can do this?
Here’s how the process works: the customer messages us via Slack and attaches an image of their issue.
A ticket is then created in JSM, and that same image needs to be attached to it.

We have JSM with Slack Assist setup and currently without any modifications the attachments from Slack do seem to be attached to the work item. I tried a inline screenshot as well as attaching a file and both came through on our work item.
