Hello @Tasneem Abdelhameed

That can be done using Issue Security.

For Company Managed projects find the documentation here:

For a user to have the permissions of a Service Desk Agent in a Service Management project the must

  1. have a Jira Service Management Agent license and
  2. be assigned to the Service Desk Team role in the specific Service Management project.

What i did , i Added people to Group with the same name of request type ,

Then i added a level security  Each level with request type name  and  each request type is added to the group

Then i returned back to the request type ( request management ) and select the seciuirty level

I was execpting that only the select level can see only the request type

And this doesn't happend

Hello @Tasneem Abdelhameed

To continue helping you with this we would need you to provide specific details about how you configured the security levels, an example of an issue where you have applied a security level, and a specific example of a user that can see the issue that you think should not be able to see the issue including information about where they are able to see that issue.

You may not be comfortable sharing that information in a publicly accessible user forum such as this one.
