Hi Atlassian Team!

My name is Jensine and I'm part of the HR Ops team. I created a new work type and my colleague created a new workflow. I'm trying to replace the work type and workflow in an existing request type - Fixed Term Conversion. I'm not able find the new work type or the workflow. Even when I try to re-create the request type, it's not part of the drop down. I may be missing something. Can someone help me ASAP?

Jensine

Hi @Jensine Chung and welcome to Atlassian Community.
Can you please add some details, such as:
1. What type of project do you use?
2. Did you add a new work type to the work type scheme?

Hi @Oleksii Melnyk _MOY Apps_

I was able to figure it out! I think the new work type did not include the work type scheme when it was first created. Hence why it didn't show up in the drop down list.

Thank you!!

Jensine
