Hi Team,
I selected a wrong team by mistake for the assist app in Microsoft teams. Now, while creating a ticket from the Microsoft Teams, getting this error please check the attachment.
I have set up myself as an admin and as an agent but the thing is as I was trying to change channel, I'm stuck on this option and cannot reinitiate the process.
Please, help.
