I have created a project named DMT ITSM but i am unable to access pages under project settings

Under channels i am unable to configure Portal and email services as i wanted to create along with that i am unbale to configure SLA's as per my need. Help me out

Hi @Shubham Soni are you able to access the "People and Access" page of the project settings? Make sure you're an admin and a user or in a group that provides admin access to that project. If not a permission issue I would also try using an incognito window, sometimes I've heard of some cache issues occurring
