I have added external mail of my company and want to get the response from my DL mail id only

Hi Team,

I have added external mail id (uscustomerservice@org.com) and made it for live and whenever out team is responding to the request we can getting response with below maild

username<jira@uscustomerservice-org.atlassian.net> but we need it be updated as below

username<uscustomerservice@org.com>

Could you please help on this.

Welcome to the community.  Can you provide more clarification on the following?

Who is getting the response (customers)?  How are the recipient getting the notification?

Please advise, so we can assist further.

Customer is getting the reply from us as  jira@uscustomerservice-myorg.atlassian.net but the reply from us should go through uscustomerservice@myorg.com
