I have a request type created under a project that is not showing.

I have a request type created under a project that is not showing.

I have created projects in Jira Service Desk (Cloud) based on the different departments within our company. I have a Project called Quality that lists (or should list) all of the different forms for our Quality Engineer. As of right now, I have a total of 4, but only 3 are showing.

Any ideas how to get the 4th to show up?

Hi Matthew, have you verified if the request type is not hidden by any chance ? and whether the request type is in correct group?

Where can I check if the request type is hidden?

I have confirmed that the request type is in the correct project.

You should be able to see it in Project Settings->Request types->Service Requests
