I don't receive notification emails for issues I'm watching at https://alexsolutions.atlassian.net/
I have checked my settings configuration in the Cloud Jira. I have checked my spam folder as well in my Inbox (I use Gmail).
I've check that my gmail account doesn't have any filters and blocked emails setup.
What's wrong with my account email? I'm out of ideas. Could you please help.

You should submit a support ticket to Atlassian to check if your email is on a blocked list for some reason.

Okay, that sounds like you have a free account then or you are not a Jira admin on your instance. Let me see if someone from Atlassian can come here.
