The settings to change the outgoing email of JSM projects are different and it’s done directly in the project, but first, it’s necessary to verify the email and configure SPF and DKIM records.

To change the project email you need to go to Project settings > Notifications (company-managed) or Project settings > Notifications > Notification email (team-managed).
