I want to change my original product choice and begin again but i have deleted the account and it wont allow me to make the changes

Also what steps did you go through to delete the account, and when you executed those steps?
Hi Trudy, I went inot my account settings and went to account preference and deleted the account. i then went to create a new account and it has not allowed me to create and new account.
