I have issues in Jira service management and I have set up a help center for my costumer.
But I cant se the created issues in the help center/ requests. How do I make that happen?

project = x AND request type IS EMPTY

Now I can se the issues were I am reporter. But how can i se all the issues?

Hi Matilda - From the portal, you're not going to see all requests. The portal is designed for the customer experience and by design the custom experience would only show requests where Reporter = currentUser().
If you want to view all requests, you would do so from the Jira App itself:
YOURDOMAIN.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/YOURPROJECTKEY
