I cannot archive components

I am a system admin in Jira, but I cannot archive the components, as I don't have this option visible 

Do you know why?

Can you share more details on this issue please, it is not that clear what is the exact issue?

Where those components are created? 

Do you have proper permissions on that project?

Do you want to use that component into the same project?
