FYI if anyone needs to view critical issue information, the API appears to still work.
For example type this into your browser:
<YOUR_INSTANCE>.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/issue/<ISSUE_KEY>

Example:

See just the description:

I am seeing the same issue as well. Some users are fine, others are seeing this same screen for Jira and JSM tickets. Jira Product Discovery is working, though.
