I'm following the steps of the following link https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/replace-the-workflow-of-a-request-type/ But i can't see the option Replace workflow.

I would like to be able to change the incident type. Any clues on how to?

If not, you will need to click the link in that note to learn about joining the early access program.

@Michael Davis De Martis -

Welcome to the community.  Just as stated by @Trudy P Claspill . once you joined the EAP, Atlassian should enable the functionality in your CLOUD env.

Hope this also helps.

Best, Joseph Chung Yin
