I can no longer see content of forms after they are submitted in JSM

As recently as late last week I was able to see the content of forms after they were submitted. When I logged on this morning we had a new submission, but when I click "view request in portal" all I can see is the title/subject line of the submission. I then checked tickets from last week and those forms show nothing as well - and I am 100% positive I could see the full submission last week.

We are a small company and I am the only Jira admin so I don't think anything changed about permissions. I did make some changes early last week, but form were working for a few days after that.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why I can't see the content and if there is a setting I can change to get it back?

If you're unable to see the full form on the JSM Portal, here are a few checks you can perform:

  1. Check if the form is visible in Jira view.
  2. Ensure the form isn't set to "Internal" only by reviewing the documentation here.
  3. Check for any automation that could be affecting the visibility or access (e.g., changing the form to internal or external).

If you can see the form, but the values within it aren't displaying, try these steps:

  1. Ensure the form fields are linked to Jira fields as described here.
  2. Check for any automations that could be causing the Jira fields to be reset or left blank.
  3. Verify if any recent changes were made to the form, such as removing links to specific fields. Also, note that if the form was left open, customers may have the option to return and edit or remove the values they initially entered.
