I am on Jira free version recently my projects are locked cannot access them

All Atlassian instances that were not active for 120 days are automatically marked as inactive. I've requested help from Atlassian support engineer. Except a contact on this thread in the next 2-3 business days.

Did you setup the instance, if not you wil need to contact the usr who did.

Reasons, can be you have no license anymore, access on project has been removed.

Can you stil access the instance?
