I am not able to see Client status and client reporter field in ticket

In service management can't see the client status and client reporter field in the ticket.  Is there any setting to enable it?

Above have Screenshot for Ticket creation in JSM. I am using free trial Jira, Maybe that cause unable to see those fields.

Status and Reporter are visible on these screenshots - what are the customer values for this?

Could you show what's shown on the customer screen for comparison?
