I am new and trying to setup Jira Service. I am looking for step by step Tutorial for complete setup

I am ne , just got service project and have not done before, I looked at the documents, these are not as I expected. I am looking for step by step tasks and how to do, including permissions to start I have Admin permissions, I do not see Service Desk agent role available . I am not sure I have all the permissions, If some one can guide me to a tutorial, which can help from scratch start to complete set

Do you have an Atlassian University account?  There are some great paid and free trainings available.  Set up your account and try some of these. I assume you're looking into the ITSM given your Jira Service Management tags.  Start here!
