I am having trouble with selecting from a list of approvers

I'm having trouble with approvers in Jira Service Management. It's easy to add one approver, but what if the help desk runs 24x7? You can't just have one approver. You need more than one, obviously. But when I add more than one JSM demands that ALL approvers approve, which is not what I want. I tried using Approver Groups but ran into the same problem. It seems to be hard-coded in JSM. And yes, I'm using the free version (for sandbox testing) so maybe that's the problem. :-%

It occurs to me, after I posted this question, that I might be able to use automation to force an approval once one approver approves. Let me know if you think that's the right approach,

@Franklin

In fact, you only need to configure approval so that only 1 approval is required from someone present in the field/group and not Everyone.

That's enough. Even if you have several approvers, if any of them approves, the issue moves to the next status

Let me know if you have doubts.

<smack> I should have tried that. Worked perfectly! Thank you!
