Hi,

I am getting extra status in my change request which is mentioned in screenshot. long back i have created this change request and i have checked the workflow statuses as well.

Please let me know if where it is coming from?

All subtasks are not Ready for Approval---if i click it is disappearing and again it is appearing in the screen.

for some reason i kept this last 2 months back but now i forgot i want to remove it from the screen please help

This looks like an inexperienced administrator has added a nonsense resolution to your list of resolutions, and then someone has set it on your issue.

Talk to your admins about correcting the list of resolutions.
