How you add a hyperlink in the field description of a dynamic form

I need to add hyperlink text in the description of a few fields in a dynamic form. I have tried the markdown format and it doesn't work.  I didn't have this problem in the old Jira service desk.  

I read a post and it said it will work with markdown but not working for me.

I also had to do this and I did it in this way:

• Add an Info Panel to the form
• Add a hyperlink
