How would I update the Text Field (multi-line) with the current timestamp after every entry ?

Can this be done after every newly added comment by using automations?

Using the - When: Value Changes for     Action.

and then Edit the last comment

Can I just confirm you want to update a Text Field (multi-line) with the most recently added comment, and the comment's timestamp?

Is this any comment, or just customer facing or internal ones?

I have a Text Field (multi-line) field that There is info entered at different times. I want a time stamp to appear after each added comment.
