1. Is it possible to use/configure our existing portal which is used for submitting tickets to Project CISD to drop tickets into a completely different Project?
2. Is it also possible to add a time restriction on which portal gets the ticket?
Eg.
Ticket submitted using Project CISD customer Portal (https://cruisedotco.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1) will goto
Project OOHISD (https://cruisedotco.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/OOHISD) after 5:30PM
What I require is for our customers to use the same portal for submitting tickets, if submitted out of hours (after 5:30PM) to go to an Out Of Hours Service Desk (OOHISD).

A portal is a function of a project, so they can't be "in" other projects.
