How to trigger notifications to an MS Teams channel once a JMWE error occurs

Webhook URL has already been entered in the "Jira Misc Workflow Extensions Logs" section. But notifications didn't receive even if the errors encountered. 

And, there is no option to include parameters which are required to execute this POST request. So, where can I put headers to this request?
