There is a way to track the Total number of unique visitors to the help desk portal. We use a custom domain

Thank you for your inquiry on community. Currently, Jira Service Management Cloud does not offer native functionality to track unique visitors. However, I recommend checking the Atlassian Marketplace for potential third-party apps that might fit your needs.
