How to show the label above the text area in JSM agent portal?

I have a long question to be placed in the agent portal, the pic below shown the effect which is not good

Can the label be shown just above the text area?

I tried set Description or Title, all placed below the text area

Unfortunately, Jira doesn't provide an out-of-the-box configuration to change the position of the field description(e.g., placing the label or description above the text area) in the agent portal.
