How to share jsm project to 3rd party without seeing another projects in help desk

Hello,

I have around 10 service project in that I need to share only 1 service project to 3rd party to replay on ticket in help desk and no another project need not to show then in the portal when they open the shared Link

they need to show

Hi @Ravisekhar.g ,

You need to modify each projects customer permission to restricted or Open based on the requirement
i.e. Go to Project settings --> Customer permission --> Channel access --> set to Restricted

Also in the project view left side bar --> Customers, you can add required customers.
