Looking to move into Jira for service desk, I have started an advanced IT service management project. Is there a way to set up a General Service Management Project and move all that information into the advance IT service desk management project when done?
If not, I am looking to add rise a request into my Advanced IT service management project.
Any help would be appreciated!

If you set up a GSM project what exactly would you want to "move" to your ITSM project? The issues? The project configuration?
Why not just put that in the ITSM project at the outset?
Or are you wanting to have tickets created in the GSM project and then, under specific conditions, "escalate" them to the ITSM project?
Can you provide more details about the business process you are trying to support, or the problem you are trying to solve?
