Hello!

I am looking to create requests through JSM's REST API, however, I cannot find the correct way to set the Affected Service. When I perform a GET on an existing JSM ticket, the format of the field is returned:

ari:cloud:graph::service/KEY/KEY, however when I use Opsgenie to get all information for services, no id like that is returned.

I am not sure what to pass for the affected field, and cannot find it documented anywhere.

Thanks!

I have the same problem.

Did you find a solution?

Late to the party, but:

ari:cloud:graph::service/KEY/KEY

KEY1 = cloudId
KEY2 = serviceId

Should look like this: ari:cloud:graph::service/3a407534-543a-41e8-9643-efbeb908049b/f9687fda-db89-11f0-b5a5-122fa60ab53d
