How to send an email to a certain user when a field on the form equals a certain value?

I have a user that would like to get notification emails when the field on the Jira form called "Components" equals CRM.  So if it does equal CRM, then send email to user.

How can I achieve this?  Thank you in advance.

On the form you create you have to associate your field with the jira field (CMR). On the image below I have chosen the field Impact.

And then add the automation like the one below (replace the field impact with yours):
